Customers In Your Pocket – Using Social Media on the Move

Social media has become an integral part of marketing strategies for companies of all shapes and sizes. This is thanks in part to the evolution of smartphones and other mobile devices – it’s now possible for small businesses and tradesmen to manage their business messages on the go.

This session looks at making the most of this opportunity to promote your business on the move, using particular techniques to stand out from your competitors and generate new customers. From broadcasting live video straight from your phone, to finding potential customers and showcasing your work on sites like Twitter or Instagram, it’s possible to turn social media from just something that everyone does, to an indispensible part of your business.
