Meesenburg Großhandel KG has set itself the goal of expanding and strengthening its market position in the area of sustainability and material innovation. To support this step, the blaugelb Triotherm+ Profile is now successfully certified according to the Cradle to Cradle® (C2C) Silver Standard as the first own-brand product and at the same time as the starting signal for further products. As a connection between installation companies, investors, architects and production companies, the first C2C certification of the blaugelb Triotherm+  Profiles gives all involved parties the opportunity to combine their projects in terms of economy and environment in the future.

The certification process went through a total of 5 modules: Material Health, Material Cycle, Renewable Energy, Water Management and Social Responsibility. In each of these modules, the material and process assessment is prepared. The audit and certificate issuance was done by the certification organization, Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute (C2CPII), Oakland (CA, USA).
