The ADVANCE 70 Flush Sash is a fully-integrated, 70mm window and door profile system with both sculptured and chamfered variations. The 5 chambered system has been intelligently designed to meet all requirements for improved thermal efficiency.

The ADVANCE 70 Window System also offers a traditional, 80mm, 8 chambered frame to replicate heritage styled timber frames and compliment the flush sash.

The ADVANCE 70 Flush Sash benefits from excellent thermal performance where a U Value of 1.1 W/(m2k) can be achieved with a 4/20/4 28mm DGU.
