Anodizing is a surface treatment that reproduces in an industrial way the natural phenomenon of oxidation to strengthen the resistance and protection of the metal against corrosion . Anodized sections can be supplied with a satin or bright finish, in a variety of shades : colorless, grey, silver, bronze, black, golden, etc . These all comply with Qualanod recommendations . The anodic oxide coating thickness is, as may be required, compliant with the 5 ,10 ,15 or 20 -micron classes.
