Building on the success of the hugely successful 30 Under 30 2022 programme, FIT Show and Windows Active have teamed up to launch the Fenestration Game Changers Awards 2023. 

Much like the 30 Under 30 campaign, which debuted at FIT Show 2022, the Fenestration Game Changers Awards are designed to recognise and reward the next generation of fenestration industry leaders across a range of newly devised categories.

From product design and development through to people management, marketing and HR, installations or innovations on the shop floor - we want your nominations for fenestration superstars across these categories:

• Apprentice of the year

• Best marketer 

• Future leader (Director level)

• Sustainability champion

• Salesperson of the year 

• Customer service champion

• Factory floor hero 

• Manager of the year 

• Health and safety superstar 

Help us shine a spotlight on the fenestration rising stars, the ones to watch and who deserve to be recognised for their hard work and determination. Nominate a colleague from within your company or a peer from the wider industry that you admire, you can even nominate yourself.

“We took on board the learnings from our launch awards programme and wanted to develop the programme to shine an individual spotlight on rising stars across ten new categories. FIT Show is always proud to shine a spotlight on the next generation of superstars and we’re excited to mark our ten year anniversary event by launching the Fenestration Game Changers Awards. 

 

“We have long championed the importance of encouraging grassroots, attracting and nurturing new talent and helping to bridge the skills gap. The Fenestration Game Changer Awards are designed to showcase the individual young talents across a range of disciplines in the glass and glazing sector.”

• 250 word submission as to why they / you should be recognised in the fenestrations industry’s Game Changers Awards

What happens next? 

 

FIT Show & Windows Active Magazine’s Fenestration Game Changers Awards will be selected by our panel of senior industry judges who will be scrutinising all of the nominations to find the fenestration industry’s future leaders. 

 

Our winners will be announced at a dedicated presentation event at FIT Show 2023, and published in full within the May issue of Windows Active Magazine as well as across the FIT Show website, email and social media channels. 

 

Each winner will receive VIP status for FIT Show 23, trophy and will be featured live on FIT Show TV.
