Ben joined the GGF as a Trainee Technical Officer in 2012. After becoming a Technical Officer in 2014 Ben went on to become the Consultancy Manager and developed the GGF Consultancy Department to become a valuable asset to Members. In 2020 Ben became a Senior Technical Officer and jointly ran the Technical Department. Ben was responsible for Glass and Commercial side of the Technical Department. In 2022 Ben became the Group Head of Membership and Customer Relations and is continuing to develop the services the GGF Group offers to members.
