FIT Show is the UK’s only dedicated fabricator and installer tradeshow.

Over the past decade FIT Show has served as the cornerstone for the fenestration industry, connecting the right people with the right products.

The show offers a platform for manufacturers and suppliers to engage with customers and prospects, including: Fabricators and installers, Architects and specifiers, Housing associations and local authorities, and Builders and developers.

The market for residential solar is booming! 2024 saw certified home solar installations triple year-on-year, with 170,000 certified installs in just six months. The UK solar market is now worth over £600 million and will climb to £2.5-3 billion by 2033 as new regulations drive demand for integrated PV solutions across both new build and retrofit properties.

What’s Driving the Surge?

Legislative Shift: From June 2025, all new homes are required to install solar panels covering at least 40% of the roof, setting the stage for exponential sector growth.
Skills Evolution: Over 3,500 MCS-accredited installers operate in the UK, and demand for multi-skilled teams - roofing contractors, electricians, surveyors - continues to drive training and recruitment efforts.
Product Integration: Leading brands now combine tiles and PV - either replacing or overlaying panels - and are developing seamless solutions for canopies, glass, and outdoor structures.
